At Voltcarshop.com you can only order goods via our website. If you have inquiries for items not listed on the site, you are always more than welcome to contact us by phone or email.

Information on technical data and specifications from the manufacturer or from the seller’s website is for guidance only. The buyer is responsible for the selection of the service and for achieving the desired result of the purchase. Always check the manufacturer’s own website for the latest product data.

All prices on the website are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices and are only valid within Denmark, excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland. Subject to: Currency changes, force majeure, tax changes.

INCLUDING THAT THE DISPLAY OF GOODS ON THE ONLINE SHOP IS NOT AN OFFER, BUT AN INVITATION TO MAKE AN OFFER. A BINDING CONTRACT IS ONLY CONCLUDED WHEN YOU RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION OR INVOICE.

PAYMENT

On Voltcarshop.com you can pay with:

If you pay by credit card, you are always protected against fraud. You have the option to decline a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no excess in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This means you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused by using the PIN code.

The data you send in connection with purchases paid with a payment card is encrypted (SSL), so only PBS can read it. Neither Voltcarshop.com nor anyone else has the ability to read the data.

The amount for the goods will only be deducted when the goods are shipped from Voltcarshop.com. You can never withdraw more than the amount you have authorized at the time of purchase.

FREIGHT

We mainly deliver with GLS, for large shipments we use a carrier. Deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier in question. This means that as soon as the package is in their hands, they are responsible for the package arriving intact and undamaged. If you receive a package that is clearly damaged, you should preferably refuse to accept the shipment or note on the consignment note “received subject to later inspection and counting of the contents”. If you have received the shipment and discover damage, please contact Voltcarshop.com immediately and report the damage. It’s always a good idea to take photos of the entire shipment, the waybill on it and any damage. We are happy to help in these cases, so please send all documentation to us and we will proceed with the case.

If the shipment is not picked up by the due date from the carrier, the shipment will be returned to Voltcarshop.com.
The freight price paid, if any, will be deducted from the amount you will be refunded.
Freight rates:
Voltcarshop.com business is to sell IT, HI-FI equipment etc. and not to run a freight business. Therefore, all shipping rates are based on normal carrier rates and calculated by weight and number of product lines.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Please note – the right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.

In consumer purchases, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop at Voltcarshop.com.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given at support@voltcarshop.com or by telephone contact, alternatively the standard withdrawal form can be used. In your notice, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you have received your item until the day it is sent or delivered back.
We kindly ask that the item is returned no later than 14 days after notification of the purchase is canceled.

RETURN SHIPPING

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item, e.g. return shipping.
Some product types cannot be returned by normal carrier, for example large format printers or similar products heavier than 30kg. In this case, Voltcarshop.com can be contacted for the use of one of our partners, for example, a freight carrier or special transportation for the return of the item. However, this shipping cost will be deducted from the value of the item when refunding the amount to the customer and is expected to amount to a maximum of DKK 1.200,-
If you have purchased several items on one order and only regret part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.

Please note that you are responsible for the delivery of the goods and proper packaging.

It is not a requirement, but the expedition is facilitated if our online RMA form is completed and enclosed with the return shipment of the goods and other relevant information such as a copy of the invoice or order confirmation, registration and account number or a copy of previous correspondence, etc.

The condition of the goods when you return them.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

This value is determined as an estimate by Voltcarshop.com.

In case of depreciation, this will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Depreciation is assessed if the item is returned in a used and deteriorated condition so that it cannot be resold as new. Based on this, Voltcarshop.com will assess the depreciation and return to you before refunding the amount.

The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s defect rules may apply.
To receive a full refund, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it. The item must be undamaged, without signs of wear and tear, without scratches and in a clean and tidy condition if you want to be sure to get your money back. Therefore, be careful when unpacking the product, do not remove protective foil/plastic etc. and be careful not to scratch or mark the product. The product should look as you would expect a brand new product to look – in short, as you received it.
When purchasing products in product groups where the packaging constitutes a significant part of the product’s new value, the intact original packaging is always a significant part of the product’s value. The packaging must therefore always be returned for the mentioned product groups (Computers, printers, network devices, Hi-Fi equipment, cameras, camcorders, scanners, radios, TVs, video equipment, GPS equipment, game consoles and stand-alone hardware devices) in order to receive a full refund.

Health or hygiene products or other goods that are not suitable for return will not be accepted if they have been used. It is possible to inspect the goods without using them. This includes products that have been in contact with food, skin, hair or similar.

It is accepted that the seal on software, audio/image recordings, toners/ink cartridges and cables must NOT be broken if the right of withdrawal is to be preserved. This type of product is put into use when the blister pack is broken, resulting in a deterioration of the product’s sales value. It is therefore important to decide whether to keep the product or cancel the purchase before breaking the blister pack. It is possible to inspect the goods without breaking the blister pack.

Packaging and responsibility for return shipments
Please note – we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery or without delivery.
Voltcarshop.com encourages thorough packaging when sending, as it is the sender’s responsibility. For. For example, loose internal components such as graphics cards, motherboards, hard drives and the like should always be sent in an anti-static bag – or as received.

Voltcarshop.com also encourages that all products are packed securely in suitable padding (e.g. bubble wrap or other shock-absorbing material) and packed in a cardboard box so that the products cannot be damaged during transportation.

Also note that if the box is not completely filled, some product types may be damaged as they may be thrown around a bit inside – even though the box is very full.

It is at the customer’s risk that the item is returned safely to Voltcarshop.com

You can also cancel by refusing to accept the goods from the carrier, however, we require that you notify us, otherwise it will extend the processing time. You can also drop off the item in person at our warehouse during opening hours.

You can also return the item to us with a completed standard withdrawal form, a copy of the invoice and details of your bank account number and bank registration number.

REFUND OF AMOUNTS

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.
In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
As a rule, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used to make the purchase, if this is not possible, the refund can be made to your bank account.
It is therefore important that we receive your bank’s registration and account number.

COMPATIBILITY

Voltcarshop.com cannot be held responsible for compatibility problems resulting from changes in the configuration of Voltcarshop.com assembled components

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

When you as a consumer shop at Voltcarshop.com, you naturally have a 24-month warranty.
However, the warranty may be limited by the natural life of the product. This applies to batteries, toners, ink cartridges and other products that can be described as consumables.
This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. This is, of course, provided that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other inappropriate use.

The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s rules on defects may apply.
A defect is a fault that was present at the time of delivery – typically manufacturing and/or material defects.
Should the product, contrary to expectations, break during the warranty period and be covered by the warranty, defective goods will be repaired or replaced at our or the manufacturer’s workshop free of charge.
Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross abuse by the user is not covered by the warranty. This also includes changes to the current supplied to any relevant component.
Goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice showing the date of purchase of the claimed product, otherwise the processing time may be extended.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. If a complaint is made within 2 months, the complaint will always be within a reasonable time.
The first thing you should do is to check whether your product is covered by the direct support that applies to some manufacturers – this information can be found on Voltcarshop.com under Complaints & Returns and Find procedure for manufacturer. If your defective product is covered by direct support, it should not be returned to Voltcarshop.com.
Contacting the manufacturer or their designated service partner speeds up the handling time and often means faster processing than with Voltcarshop.com as an intermediary. Often the item is collected or exchanged at your address.
We encourage you to make a statement about the product’s error or defect in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may mean an extension of the processing time due to extensive troubleshooting.
Complete PC systems that are not assembled or mounted by Voltcarshop.com and where troubleshooting is required, Voltcarshop.com will calculate the time for troubleshooting at the hourly rate of DKK 999,- per hour incl. VAT. (min. ½ hour).

Defective products that are covered by the warranty will then be exchanged at the hourly rate. If you do not want Voltcarshop.com to carry out broad troubleshooting, the defective product must be disassembled and sent separately.
Voltcarshop.com cannot be held responsible for loss of customer data, unless it follows directly from Danish law. Voltcarshop.com therefore encourages the customer to make a copy/backup of all data. To the extent that Voltcarshop.com may be liable, the liability is limited to the direct product loss and thus does not include indirect losses such as lost profits, transportation costs, operating losses, installation costs and the like.
When you wish to complain, we kindly ask you to create an RMA request in advance, although this is not a requirement. This is done on Voltcarshop.com under Complaints & Returns and will minimize the time it takes to process your complaint.

The defective product must be sent to our address:

When returning the item, please state the sender of the shipment and any issued RMA number (return number).
Alternatively, attach a copy of the invoice with the reason for the return.

Please note – we do not accept COD or similar recipient-paid shipments.

Always remember to return the item in proper packaging (preferably the original), and we encourage you to get a receipt from the carrier so you can follow the package to us – at the same time, this usually also provides insurance on the contents if this should be lost or damaged.
Once your complaint is approved by us and accepted as a private purchase, we will automatically send you a postal label you can use to send the item back at no cost. Please wait for this before sending the item to us.
We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified. However, we recommend that you contact us or create an RMA case so that we can send you a return shipping label in advance.

Goods that are not covered by the warranty and/or that are received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to Voltcarshop.com’s expenses for necessary and proper packaging will be charged.

INFORMATION ON HOW TO COMPLAIN

If you wish to complain about your purchase of a product or service or the handling of your case, please do so in writing to Voltcarshop.com at the email address support@voltcarshop.com, with a detailed description of the incident and the desired action, or alternatively by registered letter to our address: Voltcarshop.com, Saltebakken 29, 9900 Frederikshavn.
This way, your inquiry will be processed by a manager and you will receive a response as soon as possible – however, please note that the case will be thoroughly investigated before you receive a response, so it may take a few days before a response is received.
If an acceptable solution cannot be reached directly with us at Voltcarshop.com, a complaint may be filed with one of the following;

RETURNED GOODS THAT DO NOT CONTAIN DEFECTS

When sending defective or incorrect goods to Voltcarshop.com, where the error or defect, defined and stated by the customer is not found (or the error is not covered by warranty / warranty), the item will be returned to the customer including a test fee.
The test fee is DKK 999,- per hour incl. VAT and a minimum of ½ hour is calculated.
The test fee is calculated based on time spent in connection with testing and troubleshooting.

SPECIAL PROVISIONS FOR ECONOMIC OPERATORS

Terms of sale for traders are referred to as ‘commercial purchases’ and follow ‘Bekendtgørelse af lov om køb’.
There is no right of withdrawal for traders.
There is a 1-year warranty from the original invoice date, with the exception of consumer goods such as batteries, toner and ink cartridges etc, where only a 6-month warranty is granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Replacement or repair does not result in a new 1-year warranty period.
For complaints, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Voltcarshop.com or the manufacturer’s workshop.

In order to enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register with the following personal information:

We only register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you.
The personal data is registered at Voltcarshop.com and stored for 5 years (5 years due to requirements from the Danish Bookkeeping Act), after which the data is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your explicit consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
The data controller is: The Director of Voltcarshop.com.
We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted.

The information provided to Voltcarshop.com is in no way disclosed or sold to third parties, and we do not register any sensitive personal information.
As registered with Voltcarshop.com, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to Voltcarshop.com via e-mail: support@voltcarshop.com.
